Everything’s For Sale and the Between the Bridges team successfully won a tender to activate the market square, and  is working with Kingston Council to deliver a new market and events destination in Kingston town centre.

Set within the historic Market Place, the project reimagines the square and the 6000 square feet listed Georgian House as a vibrant, design-led space for hot food, independent restaurants, cafes, traders and makers and cultural programming. The vision is to create a welcoming public realm that supports local businesses, attracts new audiences and brings renewed energy to the town throughout the day and into the evening.

Developed through a competitive tender process, the scheme provides a flexible framework for trading, bars, seating and events, allowing the market to evolve over time. Alongside regular weekly trading, the space will host seasonal markets, specialist takeovers and programmed events, helping to re-establish the Market Place as a key destination within Kingston town centre.
